Strategic Business Infrastructure Proposal
Prepared for: Bubba Page  ·  Prepared by: Craig Cameron and Tate Daniels
What This Proposal Covers
This proposal outlines the deployment of the core infrastructure required to support three key revenue engines of the business:
Investor Deal Distribution
A dedicated engine to distribute deals, track interest, and schedule investor calls.
Bootcamp Coaching Program
Structured systems for onboarding, scheduling, and managing coaching clients at scale.
Community & Group Coaching Membership
An automated community platform that generates predictable monthly income.
Executive Overview
The Objective
The objective of this engagement is to replace manual workflows with a scalable system that enables:
Consistent Client Acquisition
A reliable pipeline that brings in qualified clients without relying on manual outreach.
Streamlined Coaching Delivery
Structured systems for onboarding, scheduling, and managing coaching clients at scale.
Recurring Membership Revenue
An automated community platform that generates predictable monthly income.
Automated Investor Deal Distribution
A dedicated engine to distribute deals, track interest, and schedule investor calls.

The system is designed to support your goal of reaching $100K+ per month in revenue while building a foundation that can scale as additional offers, coaches, and community members are introduced.
Phased Deployment Approach
Because these systems support different parts of the business, the infrastructure will be deployed in phases. Phase I and Phase II will run concurrently so investor deals can be distributed immediately while the coaching infrastructure is being built.
This phased approach ensures each system is validated before expanding into the next stage, while allowing immediate action on investor deal distribution.
Phase I
Investor Deal Distribution System
Runs Concurrently with Phase II
Activate and structure the investor database to distribute deals, track engagement, and schedule investor conversations. This system allows you to distribute current deals immediately while creating infrastructure for future opportunities.

Investment: $19,500
  • 50% due at project start
  • 50% due upon completion
Engagement Structure
Phased Investment Summary
Because the infrastructure spans multiple areas of the business, the system will be deployed in phases. Phase I and Phase II will begin simultaneously so investor deals can be distributed while the coaching engine is being built. Each phase can be initiated and approved independently, allowing the business to validate each system before expanding into the next stage.
